Thank you to everyone who supported our 'Party on the Playground' yesterday. We had a wonderful time and it was lovely how our children, their families and the local community supported this event and made it so successful. Preparations have begun for the school party on the playground. Join us at Marston Montgomery Primary School on Thursday 16th July 3:30pm - 5pm. Stalls include pizza, cake, ice lollies, bottle tombola, welly wanging, hair, braiding, glitter tattoos, bottle tombola, hook a duck and more. There will also be some games to play for free on the school field. Come and support our wonderful school and find out more about us!

Parents/ Carers don't forget that next Thursday (2nd July) is our second bring a bottle to wear non-uniform day. This is to raise prizes for our bottle tombola that will taking place at the school's upcoming 'Party on the Playground' event. Bottles can include anything from shampoo to pop. Thank you.

It has been a hot week but the weather has not stopped us from learning in Garden Class. We have even taken part in an RDSSP sports event whilst ensuring that we stayed hydrated and safe in the sun. We did this with our friends - the Garden Class at Long Lane Primary School Well done to all involved!

Garden Class have been busy again. Highlights this week have included a visit to the local church to bring their learning about Christian places of worship to life. The children have also enjoyed their Science topic of 'Everyday Materials' - this week they have been investigating which materials would be best to build a bridge that is able to hold weight. Our school is indeed a happy place to learn where children benefit from small class sizes and mixed age year groups. Thank you to the Dads and Grandads that joined us this morning for our Father's Day breakfast event. After joining children for some breakfast our special people joined in with a Kiddiactive session hiding and finding the dinosaur eggs! The children thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you Mr Archie from Primary Stars Sports for providing such a super session!
