Calculating Nutrient Balances On-Farm is now available for Professional Register, Environmental Advisers Register and trainee members.

This 45-minute course explores how nutrient balances can support more efficient nutrient management, including:

• Assessing nutrient efficiency and identifying potential surpluses or deficits
• Soil-surface and farm-gate nutrient balances, with practical examples
• Interpreting nutrient balances and Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) in relation to productivity, environmental risk and UK requirements

2 CPD points are available on completion.

What a great couple of days! The BASIS team have had a fantastic time meeting members, catching up with familiar faces and welcoming lots of new ones to the Knowledge Trail.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, took part and got involved. We’ve really enjoyed meeting you all and seeing so many people getting stuck into the Knowledge Trail.
