We celebrated the last day of half term this morning with a bit of bingo in the assembly! Each week every form has created a competition to be hosted in assembly for form point to be won, today’s was hosted by Mr Hughes’ form.
Well done to all involved in creating this week’s challenge!! We look forward to the other forms when we return. 🎉

Last week the Old Ashburnians Richard and Martin visited our sixth form to see the excellent work our Heads of Environment have put into improving our courtyard and gardens. It was great for them to come and see how their funding has impacted our school.
We would like to thank them again and for providing a discount on all the plants.

Massive congratulations are in order for the U18 Girls who competed in the Derbyshire School’s County Cup Final today! 🏆
The girls battled the whole game and came home with an amazing 5-2 win for their last ever game together.
Goals from Kacie, Bella x2, and Phoebe x2. Player of the match goes to the whole team as it would be impossible to pinpoint a single player after everyone’s effort.
We wish the Year 13 best of luck in their upcoming exams and hope that they continue their sporting success in the future.
