Anyone else feel like September = time to sort EVERYTHING out? 🙋‍♀️😂

Eat perfectly 🥗
Exercise 5 times a week 💪
10,000 steps EVERY day 🚶‍♀️
Drink ALL the water 💧
And obviously never eat chocolate again… 👀🍫

OR…

How about we choose 2–3 small habits that actually fit into our lives and focus on doing them consistently?

You don't need to change everything to make a difference.

Small habits. Done consistently. That's where the magic happens. 💗

And that's exactly what my 5-Day Back to You Reset, starting 14th September, is all about.
More details very soon 👀

Wednesday workout 💪💪

Full body dumbbell workout - can be done as a circuit and made as short or as long as possible

When using dumbbells try and get to a stage where the last 2 reps feel challenging, these are full body moves so you can use lighter weights.

Squat + press x 8 reps (exhale as you come up from squat and go into press)

Alternate lunges + front raise x 8 each side (exhale as you come up from lift the weight)

Deadlift + row x 8 (exhale as you row and come back up)

Squat + crunch x 8 each side ((exhale as you come up from squat and go into crunch)

Bridge + flye x 8 (exhale as you draw arms back in, this is my favourite core exercise!!)

I'd love you to save this for next time you want an easy to follow workout and give me a heart below if you want me to post more workouts!

Wasn't feeling it today but I'd arranged a gym session with my Tom blackline_gym and felt good to get lifting some heavier weights again!

Also great to see his progression with his consistent gym plan! I'll miss him when he goes

Do you have someone you could ask to be your gym/run/workout buddy??

You don't need an hour to make exercise worthwhile 💗

One of the biggest barriers I hear from women is “I just don't have time to exercise.”

But exercise doesn't have to mean finding an hour, getting to the gym or completing the perfect workout.

✨ 15 minutes counts.🚶‍♀️ A walk counts.💪 2 strength sessions a week count.🙌 Something is ALWAYS better than nothing.

I’m a big believer in short, achievable workouts that actually fit into your life.

Because that 15-minute workout you manage to do is far more beneficial than the hour-long workout you keep putting off because you don't have time.

We often underestimate what we can achieve by doing a little, consistently.

So instead of thinking…

“I haven't got time today.”

Ask yourself…

“What CAN I do today?”

10 minutes? Great.
A quick walk? Perfect.
15 minutes of strength? Brilliant.

It all counts. 💗

Consistency beats perfection every time.

And this is exactly the approach we'll be taking in my 5-Day Back to You Reset, starting 14th September.

Small, achievable changes that help you put some focus back on YOU and create habits that work in real life.

Do you ever feel like your energy is all over the place? 🙋‍♀️

One minute you’re fine… the next you’re tired, hungry, craving something sweet and reaching for whatever is quickest!

For busy mums, it’s so easy to:

☕ Skip breakfast
🥪 Grab something on the go
🍫 Rely on sugar when energy dips
🍝 Then end up starving later in the day.

But keeping your blood sugar more stable doesn’t mean cutting out carbs, following a restrictive diet or trying to eat “perfectly”.
It’s often the simple things that make the biggest difference:

✨ Eating regularly
✨ Including protein with your meals
✨ Choosing good-quality carbs
✨ Adding fibre, fruit and veg
✨ Avoiding the big restrict → crave → overeat cycle

These small, consistent habits can help support steadier energy, fewer cravings and better hormone health.

In case you missed it last week I've written a blog all about stabilising blood sugar as a busy mum, with simple eating habits you can actually fit into real life.

Have a read 👇

And remember — you don’t need to change everything at once. Start with one small habit and build from there. 💗
