Frogs & Friends (formally O’Tooles) is a community interest company that’s been helping families have fun and feel confident in the water since 1956. And whilst we now offer a range of other services including pool parties, courses, facility management and holiday activities, at our roots we remain a quality swim school.

Frogs & Friends are proud to be supporting these Summer Performance Swim Clinics for Competitive Swimmers.

If you're investing in your swimmer's development, the quality and experience of the coaching team makes all the difference.

These clinics are led by highly qualified and experienced competitive swimming coaches with an extensive track record of coaching swimmers in a performance environment. Every session is designed to help swimmers improve not just their technique, but their race skills, athleticism and long-term development.

In partnership with Ascot Royals and Swim With Liam, these clinics are designed for swimmers looking to improve their performance and develop as complete athletes.

Summer is the perfect time to give your child a confidence boost in the pool.

Our Summer Intensive Swimming Lessons are back, with 45-minute lessons taught in small groups, making them ideal for children aged 4+ of all abilities. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to develop their technique, our experienced teachers will help them make great progress.

Lessons take place between 9.00am and 11.15am.

At Frogs & Friends, we don't just teach children to swim – we teach them to swim well. 🐸

Our swimming teachers carefully choose the right equipment for every stage of a child's learning journey. From floats and noodles to kickboards and other teaching aids, every piece of equipment has a purpose: to build confidence, encourage correct body position, develop great technique, and make every lesson fun!

It's easy to have a child simply kick up and down the side of the pool, but that's not how strong swimmers are made. We focus on giving every swimmer the best fundamentals from the very beginning, helping them develop efficient, effective swimming skills that will last a lifetime.

By making learning enjoyable while teaching the correct techniques, we help children become confident, capable swimmers who love being in the water.

Because at Frogs & Friends, great swimming starts with great foundations.

🐸🏇 Royal Ascot Week? Swimming Lessons Are Still On! 🏊‍♀️💦

Just a quick reminder that all Frogs & Friends Swimming School lessons will be running as normal during Royal Ascot Week.

We know the roads can be a little busier than usual, so please allow a little extra time for your journey and plan ahead where possible.

HALF TERM BREAK REMINDER

A reminder to all Frogs & Friends swimmers and families that there will be NO swimming lessons during half term from Monday 25th May through to Sunday 31st May inclusive.

This includes:
❌ Monday
❌ Tuesday
❌ Wednesday
❌ Thursday
❌ Friday
❌ Saturday
❌ Sunday

Lessons will return as normal from Monday 1st June.

We hope everyone has a lovely half term and enjoys the glorious sunshine forecast over the next week!
