Although arriving home late Tuesday night, Raffy and her ponies were energised by their very successful International tour.
Raffy won 5 out of 6 of the Pony FEI Big Tour classes including the both Grand Prix’s with the National Anthem for each win was quite an honour. In the 6th class she placed 2nd and 3rd with both Gizmo and Glow being placed in all 6 classes. Glow won the two Grand Prix’s and Gizmo won 3 Big tour classes.
Polly, Raffy’s horse jumped 5 out of 6 double clears with a 3rd, 7th and 12th in the 1.35cm 2* class against professional adults and stepping up to jump their first 2* 1.40cm with a super clear.

Raffy and her ponies had a good Winter Premier at Aintree last week, Gizmo won the JA 148cm Winter qualifier 🥇

Woody was 2nd in the JC/JD Royal International Horse Show (Hickstead) qualifier, gaining his all important ticket to Hickstead in July.

There's only one thing as good as riding horses and that's being in a cosy barn learning how to look after them 🐴.
The Heathfield riders had an interesting and fun time at Minninnooka, learning about horse care and management.

Raffy had a very successful Tour in Holland and Belgium where she won the Leader Rider on Ponies for the second year running.

In both competitions she was extremely consistent and placed in all her classes. In Holland, she jumped her first 1.35cm Grand Prix on her new horse Polly and was placed 4th, a huge achievement. She was also placed in her other 2 classes at 1.25cm and 1.30cm gaining 2nd. In Belgium again she jumped another super 1.35cm round, gaining a place.

Raffy's young pony had his debut FEI competition, and took places in 5 out of 6 classes over the 2 weeks and was 4th in the 1.25cm Grand Prix. Glow also had top 5 placing in 5 of her 6 competitions and a 3rd in the 1.30cm Grand Prix. Gizmo placed in 4 out of 6 competitions.
These are remarkable results but really well deserved as Raffy is so focused and works with great dedication with her ponies.

What a thrilling couple of days for Raffy at the 2025 HOYS (Horse of the Year Show)

Bluechip Pony Newcomers Championship - placed 4th on her self produced young pony Woody.
Leading Pony Showjumper - riding Glow - an unfortunate rail down at the first fence then jumped a super clear.

STX UK Pony Foxhunter on Friday Championship - 2nd on Woody.
Another remarkable result for such a dedicated rider and team 👏
