Wonderful seeing the short drama we co-produced sharing the big screen with other great films at GFT for the Women in Film and Television UK Glasgow Shorts night with writer/Director Jillian Mannion. It created a real buzz and led to lots of fabulous conversations at the drinks after.

Very excited that Magpie - a short drama written by smartphone trainee and screen writer Jillian Mannion has been selected for Dublin Smartphone FilmFestival. Shot on Filmic Pro and edited on KineMaster on Jillian’s iPhone 13 mini (!) this is an incredible story filmed on location in Dundee. Photography by Daniel Mainland.

Fantastic to be able to screen our short drama Magpie shot on iPhone 13 on FiLMiC Pro and edited on KineMaster at a preview for the actors and production crew at Dundee Contemporary Arts Cinema 2 today. Written, directed, co-produced and edited by the highly talented Jillian Mannion with support from the Pocket Stories team. Festivals next we hope!
