We’ve been VERY busy with PlagPointer lately 👀
Just in time for assignment season, we’ve rolled out a pile of improvements and new features, including:
✅ Improved cross-language plagiarism detection
✅ Source-code plagiarism checking
✅ Text-manipulation detection
✅ Include or exclude specific websites
✅ More exclusions for things like references, headings and code comments
✅ Clearer AI detection limits
✅ Better background processing
✅ A much better My Scans area
✅ Easier registration and login
✅ Improved support tools
✅ 21-day refunds on unused credits
We’ve also cleaned up the advanced settings so you can still do a simple scan without being buried in options.
A lot of these changes came directly from things users told us were confusing, annoying or not working as smoothly as they should.
