As we prepare to welcome new faces through our doors this September, we have one simple message for everyone:
If you can be anything in this world... be kind. ❤️
Starting a new school or a new chapter can feel exciting, but it can also be a little daunting.
To our new year 8s and Post-16 students, who are beginning the next stage of your education with us, we want to welcome you to our school community!
Kindness doesn't have to be a grand gesture. Sometimes it's the smallest things that make the biggest difference:
💙 Smile at someone who looks nervous.
💙 Invite someone to join your group at break or lunchtime.
💙 Hold the door open.
💙 Learn a new person's name.
💙 Offer to help if someone seems lost.
💙 Include others in conversations and activities.
💙 Celebrate each other's successes.
💙 Choose kind words, both in person and online.
Every student and member of staff deserves to feel welcome, valued and that they belong from the very first day.
Let's make this year one where we look out for one another, build each other up and create a school community where everyone feels safe, respected and included.
Because kindness is contagious... and together, we can make a difference.
