Today was Fitness Friday and to wrap up Health Promotion Week we had our sports day down at Ballymacnab Pitch.
Running Races, Skills Stations and Penalties Practice were the order of the day!
We were blessed with good weather for most of the day and even more blessed to have the stand at the pitch when the weather turned a bit wet.
Thank you to Stephen and Donna Mullan from Mullans SPAR for sponsoring fruit and water for everyone.
Most importantly, everyone had a great time and enjoyed their day.
No sports day would be complete without an ice cream in the way home!
Have a lovely weekend!

Well done to our boys and girls football teams who took part in a football blitz in Galbally today!๐ฑ๐ป๐ฑ๐ป
Check out the strong decision making skills on display in Primary 3 today. ๐ซก๐ช๐ผ
It took lots of reasoning, teamwork, creativity and judgement to create their wonderful pirate ships. The materials that they chose were based on their โSink or Floatโ experiment results from last week. They took some time to think and plan in their pairs and then set to work creating a ship that would float and be able to hold some small pirate passengers!
A very fun afternoon, well done boys and girls! โบ๏ธ๐ดโโ ๏ธ
