Second-Hand Uniform Swap Shop – Donations Needed

We're looking for donations of clean, good-quality school uniform to help stock our Second-Hand Uniform Swap Shop. If your child has outgrown any uniform, we'd be grateful if you could donate it. TOMORROW.
Please send any items into school via your child or hand them in at the school office.

Our first Uniform Swap Shop will take place on Friday 17th July at 2:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!

What a great afternoon we had for our house sports. Thank you to everyone for supporting us and well done to the children for competing and supporting others in the heat! Murton Pike were the overall winners. 🏆

Families joined us for our netball this week to make a festival at our netball club. The Long Marton team organised warm ups, team building and skill games for all the visiting players. After a break for drinks and yummy cakes, the LM team challenged the visitors to a match. Despite the height differences, the team challenged the adults to a tricky match. Year five umpires kept the visitors aware of all the rules and infringements, ensuring play was fair (we think)! Sadly, we never kept a record of the score... but everyone came off the court with smiles and a good work out!
Thanks to all our teams, supporters and families for a great year of netball. Big shout out to Ben and Jack too for pressure washing the court following the water problems. Netball begins again in the first half of the Autumn term for Year 4 and over - see you there! Mrs Birkett 🙂

Class 4 went to A. W. Jenkinson Forest Products to present their businesses cases. All groups did an amazing job, working together well and presenting clearly and confidently. It was a very tough decision on who should win but in the end two groups were chosen. Well done everyone and especially to the winners, Printer Pros and BRGJ. We all enjoyed a treat afternoon, McDonald's lunch, play at the park and a swim at Woggle Google .
