A fantastic opportunity for our students to explore university life, find out more about courses and career pathways, meet staff and students, and get a feel for what their next steps after Sixth Form could look like!

Student Council Nominations Are Open!

This week's Take 5 session is all about having a voice. Students across every form class are being invited to put themselves forward for Student Council — or nominate a classmate!

✅ Complete a nomination form
✅ Get two proposers to sign it
✅ Return to your registration teacher by Tuesday 8th September
🗳️ Elections take place Tuesday 15th September

One representative is elected per form class — a great way to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and represent your peers. Get involved! 🙌

Introducing our Take 5 for Wellbeing Programme!

This term, every form class will be taking just 5 minutes to pause, connect, and look after their wellbeing — as part of our whole-school Take 5 Wellbeing Calendar.

Students will:
🤝 Connect — Have the opportunity to voice their suggestions
👀 Take Notice — Do ‘One Good Thing’ & practice ‘Mindfulness Moments’
💛 Give — Learn about ‘Kindness in Action’ and the upcoming Macmillan Coffee Morning

Five minutes really can make a difference. Watch this space each week! 💙

A huge thank you to our Junior Prefect Team for the outstanding support they have provided to our new year 8 students as they begin their journey at Parkhall Integrated College.

Over the past two weeks, our prefects have played a vital role in helping students settle into school life with confidence and reassurance. Their hard work, commitment, and leadership have been exemplary and truly reflect our core values of Achievement, Community, Kindness, Respect, and Responsibility.

Following a fantastic series of induction days last week, we look forward to welcoming all students back to Parkhall Integrated College on Tuesday 1 September, after the Bank Holiday on Monday.

We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful and enjoyable summer break and is ready for an exciting year ahead.
