Plea to children for their help in this Judicial Review.

From the outset of the pandemic, children have been ignored by the NI Executive. The purpose of this Judicial Review has always been to try and give children a voice and to stop them suffering further harm, by using the law to protect them.

This hearing is on the 18 March and I urgently need the help of all children who have been banned by the government from playing sport.

Boys and Girls - Please write to the Judge, in your own words, as to how the ban on playing sport has made YOU feel during this past year and what YOU would like to happen next.

Also tell the Judge your age, what sport you play and if you play for a team.

Mums and Dads- please scan (or take a photo) and email to [email protected] or post to me directly at the office and I promise that your child’s letter will form part of my legal pleadings. These pleadings will go before the Judge and will also be served on the Department of Health as direct evidence of the harm that they are causing.

All CORRESPONDENCE MUST Come to Stephen AND No One should write directly to the court (thank you)
