Job Vacancy: Childcare Assistant (Childcare Level 2/3 Qualified & Valid UK License ESSENTIAL)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Childcare Assistant to join our friendly team.

About the Role
As a Childcare Assistant, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. You will work closely with colleagues to support children’s learning and development while building positive relationships.

Essential Requirements
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Access NI Enhanced check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities (physical activities)
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Work in partnership with parents and carers.
• Always follow safeguarding / health and safety procedures.
• Drive when required to support, school collections, or other childcare-related duties.
