🌟 A little reminder for our families as it’s a new academic year🌟

Just a gentle reminder that we are a nut, kiwi, banana and coconut-free school, including Kinder products. Please check snack labels carefully to help us keep everyone safe. 💙

🍎We’d also like to encourage pupils to bring healthy, sensible-sized snacks to help them feel ready for learning. Our Healthy Living Pupil Group lead on this last year and suggested options such as fruit, flapjacks, breakfast bars and small bags of crisps.

Please remember that snacks should be individual portions rather than family/share bags.

We look forward to welcoming our children back to school tomorrow, especially our new P1s and our new P6/7 teacher, Miss Haining!

🎉Yesterday we celebrated the P7’s leaving our wee school with our traditional guard of honour.

We wish each of these special pupils well on their next step 💙💛

Look after each other and continue to show your values as you move forward.

Special thank you to our dinner ladies for preparing a lovely treat table at lunchtime and to Mrs Nordon for piping out the P7s at the end of the day.

Today we said thank you and farewell to Miss Griffin. There were lots of tears... and giggles too! Thank you Miss Griffin for all you have done for our school. From helping improve curriculum, to supporting our children and families, for all those times you showed your kindness and love..... THANK YOU ❤️ You will always be part of our St Columba's Family - always in our hearts. 💙💛💙
