I am currently completing my PhD thesis in Media at Ulster University - expl

oring how young adults in Northern Ireland perform their identity through digital means and identify the cultural aspects that hold significance and relevance in their lives. I've had the pleasure of teaching Media at both Southern Regional College and Ulster University, and it brings me great joy to utilize my creative abilities to educate others. In addition, I've organized summer programs such as 'Create and Animate' and have facilitated various art initiatives and projects geared towards young people throughout Northern Ireland. I completed my Master of Computer Science in Educational Multimedia with Distinction at Queens University in 2015, following a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Arts from Ulster University, Coleraine the year before. For the past decade, I've been commissioned to design booklets and illustrate children's magazines, and I'm also capable of producing animations, branding/marketing content, and graphic design. As a designer, I take a creative and conscientious approach to meeting my clients' needs, and I've provided services to Ulster University, schools, and small businesses alike. I'd be delighted to help you in whatever way I can. :)

And that’s a wrap!!! 👏 Feeling a bit emotional putting the Granite Room back to normal this afternoon after two whole weeks 😢 Thank you to every parent and child who has supported and enjoyed ‘Create and Animate’ this year.

It’s such an amazing experience teaching something I could have only dreamed of as a kid - seeing children at such a young age with amazing technical/creative skills never ceases to amaze me! 😱

Big thank you to Jenna and the team at Made in Mourne for use of the facilities and my lil bro Jared for all his help and keeping me sane!

Claudbean Designs specialises in designing and producing material for print (such as books, leaflets, thank you cards, menus, gift vouchers and anything you need!) A note from Claudia: I lecture in Media and love to do Graphic Design on the side. I have graduated from Queens University with a Distinction in Master of Computer Science in Educational Multimedia in 2015. I also gained a First Class Honours as a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Arts at University of Ulster, Coleraine in 2014. Since 2011, I have been commissioned to design booklets and illustrate for children's' magazines. I can also produce animations, branding/marketing content, alter photographs and graphic design.
