Another fantastic over 60s exercise class today! ☀️💪
Yes, it was incredibly hot in the hall today, and for many in this wonderful group, aches, pains, health conditions, or mobility challenges could easily have been a reason to stay at home.
But they didn't.
They showed up, they moved, they smiled, they encouraged one another, and they did something positive for themselves. Every stretch, every step, and every exercise was a reminder that looking after your health isn't about being perfect—it's about being consistent and doing what you can.
I'm so proud of every single one of you. Your determination, resilience, and positive attitude are truly inspiring. Thank you for making the effort despite the heat. You proved once again that age is no barrier to staying active and supporting each other.
Keep showing up, keep moving, and keep proving that it's never too late to invest in your health and wellbeing.
