Just want to say big thank you to Peter Lee Bibby and all the referee's and judges for all your help and guidance at the selections for the commonwealth and world championships. Everyday I get a little bit more experienced and a little bit more knowledge. It was a long day for me especially as it was a 0530 drive for me after the England game. looking forward to to the next challenge, the British championships at the end of August.

Just want to say a massive thank you and well done today for everyone who attended. we had from 6th dan to 10th kyu today. it was a hard 3 hour session covering some advance karate technics we also covered 2 advances kata sochin and chinte. I was so pleased that everyone had a go even though you found it difficult. sometimes we have to take ourselves out of our comfort zone and try something new.
