Personal Training

Fitness and Health has always been a passion of mine. I have hoped and wanted to be a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for so long but, as we all seem to experience… “life simply got in the way”

However, in 2022 I was given an opportunity by a friend and gym owner to join his team as a fitness instructor. This then allowed me the opportunity to train and become a Personal Trainer.

And since this… I haven’t looked back!!

If you are interested in taking in a new challenge, trying something new, pushing yourself. Or simple just want to maintain your fitness, please PM regarding Personal Training Sessions.
