I have played music all my life and absolutely second this!!

This. Its important for a child to learn the subjects like Maths and English but it is also important to have the opportunity to learn an instrument. I was lucky - I started to learn the violin for free in school when I was 8 years old. Both my life and my character would be very different if I hadn’t been given that opportunity. I absolutely believe I would be a very different person now - I have thrived because of it, and still play in orchestras now.

As the GCSEs are coming to a close, I am looking to the Summer. I have a few spaces starting next week:

1) Thursdays at 5.05 (online or in Penysarn)which will be available only until Sept 24. I teach throughout the Summer.
The space would be ideal for a y10 wanting a boost into Y11 and is an opportunity to increase by a grade over the Summer. I do have extra Summer spaces too so could do more than one lesson a week if requested.

2) I have a fortnightly space available in Holyhead (or between RAF valley and Holyhead) at 1pm on Saturdays. This is a permanent space, teaching in your home.

3) I can fit cancellations on Saturday /Sunday mornings - perfect for someone waiting for a space the following year. You would need to live in the Llangefni area for this to work.

Please contact me to discuss details. Apart from this I am fully booked in September, and I am starting my waiting list for June 2025 now. Lessons would be £35 an hour 😊
