π This Week in Cooking Class Apple Jack Fingers! π
Today we'll be making some delicious Apple Jack Fingers a wonderfully sweet treat with a fruity twist!
Did you know that apples are packed with goodness?
π Apples are a great source of fibre, which helps support healthy digestion.
π They contain Vitamin C, which helps keep our immune system strong.
π Apples are rich in antioxidants that help protect our body's cells.
π They can provide a natural source of energy to help keep us feeling active throughout the day.
As the saying goes, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away!" π
We hope everyone enjoys making and tasting this week's bake, and we look forward to sharing photos of our Apple Jack Fingers with you soon! πβ¨
