We’re delighted to be bringing two incredibly important sessions to the Summit, designed to support both the dancers themselves, and the people guiding them through their vocational journey. Both sessions will be delivered by Dr. Imogen Aujla, dance psychology specialist.

⭐️ Supporting the Dancer’s Journey:
A parent and teacher-specific lecture and Q&A exploring how best to support your dancer’s wellbeing through the demands of vocational ballet. Learn how to spot red flags, what to do and say (and what not to!), and how to create the right environment for your dancer to thrive.

⭐️ The Performance Mindset:
A practical workshop for Summit dancers, equipping you with psychological and physical tools to manage performance anxiety and optimise your work in auditions, performances and assessments.

Success in dance isn’t just about technique, it’s about having the right support, mindset and tools to navigate the journey.
