⭐️2023 reflection⭐️
10 photos really isn’t enough for this year.. it’s been a whirlwind - here are some of the key moments for me (for once they aren’t all gym/fitness related)
1. My first ever 10km🥲 I then went and crushed that with a 20km just 4months later
2. My absolute rock - couldn’t have done this year without you🧡
3. Building my business - going from 12 clients to 28 clients. The first year of freelancing has been scary but also so so amazing. I’ve put all my time into making my service the top standard.
4. The bootcamp family💪🏻 every week they put a shift in and I’m in awe of the dedication. It’s been a fab first year with I can’t wait for the next🤌🏻
5. Dad’s birthday🥹
6. Holiday things with 🫶🏼🫶🏼
7. The worst day of my life. Unfortunately the year review has to have some negatives in cause not everything in life is sunshine and rainbows. The day of Dad’s stroke - running on 3hrs sleep - I don’t think I ever felt so alone on a day where I was surrounded by so much family.
8. Daily visits for 5months - I wouldn’t change it for the world. Even if playing scrabble by myself was so so boring
9. I’m so glad I met you🫶🏼 one of the strongest ppl I know. I can’t wait to compete with you next year🥹
10. Finally, bringing dad home. It’s been bumpy but you’re in the best place now
I don’t normally do big year round ups like this - I find I search for the perfect moments of the year. This year like others, was far from perfect.
One consistent part of my year was training. I ran, I weight-lifted, I tried CrossFit, I entered a hyrox race, I ran a 20km trail AT NIGHT.
Time to make new habits for a new year🥳
