One minute they're tiny newborns, the next they're waving, clapping, pointing and desperate to communicate!

Baby signing helps bridge the gap between understanding and talking, making everyday moments so much more enjoyable.

September is a wonderful time to begin your signing journey together.

Our classes are a lovely mix of baby signing, singing, sensory play and fun activities, followed by dedicated social time for grown-ups. And yes… there are FREE hot drinks ☕ and biscuits 🍪 too!

👉 Tylers Green village hall: Fridays at 10am
Our Friday class is filling up quickly, with only one space remaining!
👉Amersham at St Michael's Church: Monday at 10:30am
There are still several spaces available in our Monday class — so if this day works for you, it’s a great time to come along and join us!

It’s a chance for your little one to learn, explore and develop their communication skills, while you get to meet other parents and carers and enjoy a relaxed cuppa and chat. 💕

Worried you’ll walk into class late with a wriggly baby and no idea what you’re doing?

Don’t worry — we’ve all been there.

Your baby might nap through the whole thing. You might forget the nappy bag. You might not say much the first week.
That’s totally fine.

At TinyTalk, there’s no pressure. You’ll be welcomed with a smile, shown a few simple signs, and you’ll get the hang of it at your own pace — I promise.

You’ll leave with songs stuck in your head, new ways to connect with your baby, and maybe even a friend or two.

Classes have begun, and you can join at any time – message me if you’d like to know more or just want to check if it’s right for you.

Classes run in Amersham at St Michael's church on Mondays at 10.30am, and Tyler's Green Village Hall, 10am on Fridays.

After our break, TinyTalk is back this Monday! 🎉

We have two lovely TinyTalk classes running locally, on different days and at different locations — so there’s hopefully an option to fit around your week! 💜

Did you know babies can understand words months before they can say them? 🗨

Baby signing gives them a way to communicate while speech is still developing – which means:

At TinyTalk we use British Sign Language (BSL) signs alongside songs, games, sensory play and stories – all designed to support your child’s development in a fun, relaxed way. Plus you get a chance to relax over a hot drink and biscuit while your baby plays.

Want to see what social time looks like at a TinyTalk class?

As well as the signing and sensory play portion, TinyTalk classes have dedicated social time, where you can have 30 minutes to sit and relax with a hot drink and biscuits while your baby plays. It is a great chance to share horror stories and mum fails, as well as compete for who had least sleep! More importantly you can reach out for support and a friendly ear from a supportive and non-judgemental group, many of whom are likely going through the same.

At TinyTalk, I know babies don’t sit still — and that’s exactly how they learn best!

I’ve learned to keep singing and signing while little ones crawl over, grab the props, or make themselves comfy on my lap — and honestly, I love it. Every wriggle, shuffle, and giggle is part of the magic.

Our classes are all about relaxed, child-led learning. When your baby feels free to explore, it means they feel safe and secure — and that’s a huge credit to you. Even when they look distracted, they’re still soaking it all up (like little sponges!).

I’d love to welcome you to discover the joy of baby signing when classes start back 7th September.

Hi, I’m Sarah 👋 and I run TinyTalk baby signing classes for babies across the local area.

TinyTalk is so much more than learning signs. We sing, dance, play, explore and have lots of fun together — while helping little ones develop their communication, confidence and love of learning. 🥰

And the best part? You get to meet other local parents and carers too, creating a lovely little community along the way. You get a valuable chance to relax with a hot drink and biscuits while your baby plays. 💛
