Preparing for our professional photo shoot as we begin the process of relaunching Steps to Connection. We have developed both personally and professionally and I felt it was appropriate to bring my Shamanic drum … the drum connects us to our heartbeat and many of the families and teens have no connection to their body and the drum can help pave the way .. people who know me know fully that my interest and enquiry when working with complex developmental trauma is often first with the body 🌟
