Hi folks - come and join us for an all together run around the local fells of around 5k/6k tomorrow eve, the 27th August. We will probably head up to High Sweden Bridge. Meet at Ambleside School at 6pm, and refreshments afterwards at the Golden Rule. All welcome! See you there 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🥳

Meet this Tuesday ( 25th) near The Outgate Inn for two choices of run. A 5k going around Blelheim Tarn and an 8k/9k going up Latterbarrow and to High Wray. Everyone welcome - you just need to be able to run 5k. Friendly and sociable group and all free 🥳. Please note we are not allowed to park at The Outgate, so please car share and park in the lay by after the pub up the lane or get a lift from one of us in Ambleside. See you there at 6pm - oh and dogs welcome too 🐶☀️☺️

Hi everyone 👋 - we are meeting in Ambleside for an all together social run tomorrow eve (20th August). Meet at Ambleside School at 6pm - run location to be determined on the evening depending on numbers and the weather, but likely to be up to Sweden Bridge or Todd Crag. Meet at Ambleside School ready to run at 6pm - no-one gets left behind, you just need to be able to run 5k. Drinks in The Golden Rule afterwards 🥳

Hi folks - come and join us for an outing from Staveley tomorrow eve (18th August). We will have two routes, one of 5k, and another of around 10k. Anyone is welcome to join us, we are a very social bunch, and you won’t get left behind as long as you are able to run 5k ☺️. Meet ready to run at 6pm by the Nook Bar at the Staveley Mill Yard, LA8 9LR, where we will also have post run refreshments 🥳.

Hey folks, it's gonna be a 🥵 🔥 one tomorrow (Thurs 13 August ) so we are meeting at Grasmere Car Park near the garden centre at 6pm for an altogether run ending up with a dip in the Lake for those that fancy it and drinks at Tweedies.

Tuesday Night Social Run – Wray Castle

Join us this Tuesday for our weekly social run, starting from the National Trust car park at Wray Castle.

There’ll be two route options to choose from:

Shorter route: around 5K
Longer route: around 5 miles

As always, it’ll be a steady, friendly and inclusive run, with no one left behind.

Lifts are available from Ambleside if you need one.
