We’re looking forward to welcoming the children back to school tomorrow. Thanks to all of the parents who have completed the questionnaire about how your child’s holiday has been and how they are feeling about coming back to school -these really help us get the children settled back in. There’s still time to get them completed.

The plan is for Year 4 to have PE tomorrow so they’ll need to be in PE kits please.

Please also ensure that school meal choices have been made on the Arbor App.

Remember that doors open for KS2 children at 8.30am.

We treated our Y6 children to a quick trip to Spurreli earlier today after an exhausting evening of partying yesterday. We have also just sent an email out to parents with their SATS results which we are delighted with. They really have done us all proud.

Reminder that it’s a 2pm finish tomorrow after we’ve waved Y6 off at 1.30pm. It’s normal school uniform for all children.

It’s our Family Picnic and Pea Hunt this afternoon. More detailed information is on last week’s newsletter. Mrs Caven-Gomez will have pop, ice cream and ice lollies on sale during the event. Please ensure that children stay with you throughout the picnic. Please also ensure that pupils from other schools, who should be at school do not attend.

A very big thank you to all of the staff who gave up their time to make this happen and to everyone who helped us out in any way. The children, parents and staff really did dress for the occasion!

Reminder to parents with tickets for this evening’s Upper KS2 performance. The show starts at 4.30pm. We’ll open the doors at 4pm. There will be refreshments and raffle tickets on sale.
The children should be collected from their classrooms at 5.30pm
