With the employers that we work with it offers the students the opportunity to learn out about a wide range of careers across a number of different sectors. From being a HGV Driver to a Site Manager to a Retailer and so many more. We're hoping that the students will get a taster of the opportunities that are out there, and if something is of interest to them then hopefully they will want to explore and find out even more after they've taken part in the programmes.

A number of schools across the country will be using our interactive learning modules to follow on from SATs. Our modules can be done in one day or over course of a few weeks it's entirely up to you. With fun and engaging tasks for the students it gives them an insight to the world of world and the opportunities that are out there. We are working with some well known brands like Hobbycraft, British Gas, Wates Construction, British Red Cross to name a few.

The "Bags of Kindness" project by the British Red Cross is by far one of the most popular ILM's. What's fantastic about working with the British Red Cross is that the students are learning about volunteering as well as employment. They are also learning about charity work and how this helps people around the world not just here in the UK. In some cases some students weren't aware of the charity or if they were didn't necessarily have an understanding about what career opportunities there were working for a charity.

Educating students about the many career opportunities that are out there will give them the best chance of finding a career that best suits them.
Getting a head start with this will allow them to research and explore to see what their future will look like. Will they need to go to college or university, will they be able to become an apprentice.

One of our big brand employers is Hobbycraft, they have 100 stores across the UK and have a three-star accreditation from Best Companies. They're Europe's biggest and best art and craft chain with stores throughout the UK. They're expanding fast and with plans for further growth over the next few years.

Our Hobbycraft interactive learning programme gets the student creating and making, using numbers, working together and on their own, it brings out the entrepreneur in them as they set up a little business to sell the items that they've made.

Some teachers have said that our interactive learning programmes are perfect for students after completing their SATs.
The ILM's offer fun and engaging learning to the students whilst opening them up to the world of work.
With modules learning about energy with British Gas, recycling with Biffa, setting up a small business and making items to sell with Hobbycraft and giving back to the community with charities like British Red Cross.
