To celebrate National Bird Day, our babies enjoyed exploring a bird-themed tuff tray including feathers, egg cartons and soft bird teddies.
The children developed their fine motor skills as they threaded feathers through the cartons, explored different textures and colours, and shared stories such as That’s Not My Duck.
We also spent time watching the birds outside, exploring the world around us and learning about nature.
To extend the activity, the children took part in foil painting using feathers, making marks on the foil and exploring different textures🐦 💛

Christmas Stay and Play 🎅🏼🎄
Yesterday we had our Christmas Stay and Play sessions for parents. The children loved showing their mummies and daddies around the room and exploring all the Christmas activities we had set up. We had a great time!

Santa Visit 🎅🏼🎄
Yesterday we had a very special visit from Santa! He delivered presents to all the children, and they sang Christmas songs together. Everyone had such a lovely time☺️!

✨The start of our Christmas festivities!✨
This week, the children had lots of fun taking part in a Christmas themed messy play activity. We created a Christmas tree using shaving foam mixed with green and brown paint.
They used their fine motor skills to pick up coloured pompoms with tweezers and decorated the tree🎄🎅🏼🤍.
