🤩WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE FAMOUS FOR?🤩

This week’s challenge is to imagine that one day you’ll be famous for something…but what is it you’d like to be famous for? Is it a specific skill? Is it for helping people? Is it for discovering something? Is it for inventing something? Are you the first person to have done something – a pioneer in a particular field? Have you competed and won? The list of possibilities is endless!

Here are some things to consider:

• There are no limits to the things you can achieve in the world so think BIG! Big doesn’t have to mean flying to Saturn (though you might want to!), it can mean helping people throughout your life. Kindness is really BIG.

• People often associate the word ‘famous’ with meaning ‘rich’ or ‘glamorous’ but all it means is ‘celebrated’ and ‘well known’. So many famous people aren’t, or weren’t, rich but their impact on the world has been enormous and valuable. Think about such people as Harriet Tubman, Alan Turing, Greta Thunberg, Jesse Owens or Yayoi Kusama (Google them if you don’t know about them – they’re all unbelievably incredible!)

You might want to present your writing simply and just write; you might want to add an illustration to your writing…it’s up to you! Whatever you do please ask your adult to take a clear photo of your writing and perhaps you might want to send a video of you presenting it. I’ll share these on Facebook (Words & Wonder) and Instagram (words_and_wonder_).
