This course isn’t about learning how to coach women.

It’s about learning how to better coach the women you’re already working with..

That might sound like semantics.

It isn’t.

The difference is the difference between applying information...
..and applying judgement.

If you’re looking for a checklist, you’ll probably leave frustrated.

If you’re looking to refine the way you observe, interpret and coach, you’ll leave seeing your clients in a totally different light.

**Better awareness leads to refined intentions.**

**Refined intentions lead to better decisions.**

**And better decisions lead to better coaching.**

One of the biggest mistakes I see nutrition coaches make?

Trying to prove their expertise by giving the client everything they know.

A detailed plan can look impressive.

But if your client is already overwhelmed, inconsistent, struggling with confidence, or simply not ready for that level of structure…

More information isn’t the answer.

Your job is to identify the smallest number of changes that can create the biggest positive impact.

Don’t give them everything they need to know. Give them what they need to do.

Think you need all the answers to be a good coach?

You don’t.

You need to be trustworthy. Relatable. Caring. Vulnerable enough to admit what you don’t know because chasing “always right” is exhausting, and your clients can feel it.

What you actually need: the confidence to challenge them, and the presence to help them find the next step.

The majority of coaches, both male and female know almost nothing about women’s health.

This is the conversation that started our Women’s Health L1 build.

It exposes the massive empathy and knowledge gap in fitness coaching today.

Want to be in the minority of coaches who have the knowledge and tools to better support their female clients?

Taking two days away from coaching is a genuine commitment.

So is choosing to continually refine your craft.

The question isn’t whether there is a cost.

The question is whether that investment helps you become the coach your clients need you to be.

Women’s Health Level 1 exists to help coaches better understand the context their female clients bring into every session.

Because when we better understand the person...we can better refine the challenge.

Better awareness leads to refined intentions.
Refined intentions lead to better decisions.
And better decisions lead to better coaching.
