Well, that was a bit special 🔥

We’ve just hosted our very first Big Green Egg & kamado cooking class in the new outdoor class area — and it went down an absolute storm!

A huge thank you to the 16 amazing grillers who joined us to pick up new tips, tricks and techniques, and learn even more ways to get the very best from their Big Green Egg or kamado BBQ.

🔥 More Wild Grill dates added — September is now live 🔥

We’re just wrapping up the final run of our Spring Wild Grill sessions, and honestly… what a season it’s been. Sunshine, smoke, incredible food, and hundreds of people learning what live fire cooking is really all about.

But we’re not slowing down.

Due to demand, we’ve now opened up more Wild Grill dates for September 👀

And before then? We’re seriously excited for what’s next…

This summer, our classes move into a brand-new purpose-built BBQ & live fire space at the farm — giving us even more room to teach, cook, host and create some unforgettable experiences.

Whether you’re completely new to BBQ or looking to sharpen your skills, we’ve got classes, masterclasses and live fire experiences designed to help you cook amazing food and feel more confident over fire.

Because of the demand, we’ve opened up a handful of extra spaces across May — and that’s exactly what it is… a handful.
