🎤 Understanding Singing Terminology: What Is Head Voice?

Despite the name, you’re not singing from your head! 🧠🎶

Head voice is a vocal register that allows you to sing higher notes with a lighter, more connected sound than your chest voice. Many singers describe feeling vibrations around their face or head, which is where the name comes from.

🎵 Creating a smooth transition between low and high notes.
🎵 Building flexibility and control in your voice.
It’s different from falsetto, as head voice still allows the vocal folds to come together more fully, producing a stronger, more connected sound.
