LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS QUALIFIED PRACTITIONER

Would you like to earn during the school holidays whilst working in a fun and exciting environment?

This role is perfect for somebody currently working on a term-time only basis in a school or nursery setting looking for extra hours during the holidays.

FREE CHILDCARE is available for your primary school-aged children if successful.

We are seeking a motivated Early Years Qualified Playworker for our holiday club in Altrincham. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and children.

This role is available on a zero-hour contract for Mondays - Fridays during the school holidays only, excluding bank holidays, from 7.30am – 6.00pm per day. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Essential Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or working towards this (level 2 or 3 in an recognised Early Years Qualification or QTS/other teaching qualification)
- Experience of working with 3 to 11 year olds
- Knowledge of SEND
- Provide and facilitate safe and creative play
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of Safeguarding requirements/duties.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Value and understand the importance of play for children aged 3 - 12.
- Have a child-centred focus.
- Understanding the varied needs of children and their families

Fun Fest Altrincham

Fun Fest Altrincham launches in the fantastic grounds of Altrincham Preparatory School during the February 2020 half-term. It is a different kind of holiday club where YOU choose how to spend your day from a range of structured indoor and outdoor activities. Fun Fest welcomes ‘fun festers’, both boys and girls, from the age of 5-12 and from all local schools. We are Ofsted registered, our staff are qualified and experienced and offer extended opening hours of 8-6pm Monday to Friday. Our activity timetable and online booking will open in January 2020. We advise to book early to avoid disappointment! See you soon ‘fun festers’!
