Studied Wrestling, Boxing, Karate, Aikido, Kapap and Krav Maga. Started Krav in 2010 with Kapap Krav Maga Self Defence in the Northwest under Tony Bradley; taught under Avi Nardia and Itay Gil. Before the new school term begins, agree a secret family code word that only trusted family members know.

The rule is simple: your child never goes with anyone: even a familiar face: who does not know the code word.

It is practical, non-technical and easy to remember. It can be especially helpful for Year 7 starters as new routines and pick-up arrangements begin.
