WE’VE GOT OUR OFSTED REPORT! 🥹❤️🐦
After all the hard work, preparation, worry and anticipation, we can finally share our Ofsted inspection report and we are SO proud of the outcome!
✨ Expected standard in every area
🛡️ Safeguarding standards met
✅ Compulsory Childcare Register requirements met
✅ Voluntary Childcare Register requirements met
The report describes our children as happy, settled and confident, developing warm and secure relationships and feeling safe within our setting.
Ofsted highlighted our warm and secure attachments, our welcoming environment, our strong relationships with families and the progress children make from their individual starting points. They also praised our language-rich curriculum, use of stories, songs and rhymes, mathematical learning through play, outdoor experiences and the wide range of trips and outings we provide. 🌈📚🎶
We were particularly proud to read that:

💗 Children are encouraged to develop independence and positive relationships.
💗 Our parents speak highly of our communication, support for individual needs and consistency of care.
💗 Children benefit from a rich variety of trips and experiences.
💗 We provide an inclusive environment where every child is valued.
💗 Our safeguarding culture keeps children safe and supported.
We have also been given two areas to continue developing consistently modelling positive hygiene practices and giving external professional recommendations enough time to be fully embedded before reviewing their effectiveness.
We are already looking at these areas and will continue to reflect, learn and improve. ❤️
For us, this report isn't just about a grade or a piece of paper. It's about knowing that the children in our care are happy, safe, loved, listened to and given the opportunities they deserve.
