This timeless shloka beautifully captures the essence of a teacher—one who inspires, nurtures, guides, and illuminates the path of learning, helping every student progress towards their aspirations.

At VOICE, this sacred tradition continues through the teaching of Indian classical dance and music. Throughout the year, our students dedicated themselves with discipline and passion. Their labour of love was rewarded as they passed their examinations with flying colours.

The Guru–Shishya Certificate Ceremony on 20 June was a proud celebration of their achievements, where certificates of completion were presented in the true spirit of the Guru–Shishya Parampara.

This revered tradition, rooted in our historical and mythological heritage, is far more than a method of teaching—it is a lifelong bond built on respect, trust, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence.

Heartiest congratulations to all our students. May your learning journey continue with humility, grace, love for the art .

On 13 June 2026 our annual day celebration was a soul-stirring echoes of the alaap to the harmonious resonance of melodious ragas, every performance reflected artistic excellence and cultural depth.

Each segment beautifully wove together tradition, spirituality, and creativity, creating an unforgettable celebration of our rich heritage and its enduring relevance in the modern world.

The event was graced by the presence of The Worshipful the Mayor of the Borough of Trafford Councillor Simon Thomas , Vice Consul CGI Manchester Mr Pradeep Mishra .
