Yesterday I had the honour and absolute pleasure of delivering my niece’s 5th birthday party! I was Princess Auntie Alex and we had a no-tech traditional, movement based party (with parachute games of course!)
The children were amazing and we danced with our twirling ribbons, played pass the parcel and lots of other games. I focused on ensuring that every child felt seen: using their names, mirroring their expressions, specific praise and fun!
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed wearing that dress!

I had to share this lovely pack away setting. The literally set up and close down everything every single day. Early Years is hard work but when you don’t have control over your space, it’s even tougher! Openwoodgate work so hard to offer their children a variety of set ups😊

🥰Don’t forget to ask your families for donations! Children love authentic dress up and exploring unusual items.
