Swan 2 One Tutoring Private Tuition with a fully qualified, experienced teacher. I have experience tutoring mainstream, private and home educated students in GCSE and iGCSE.

Qualifications & Experience:
I have worked in education since 2005 and have a sincere passion for promoting learning in children. I achieved a BA degree in Industrial Design & Technology plus the PGCE certificate from Loughborough University and soon after completed a Masters degree in Education (MEd). Prior to starting my young family, I worked as a Teacher, Head of Department and at Senior Leade

rship level in a secondary school and achieved the National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership (NPQSL); devoting my energy to whole school progress as well as focussing on individuals. I support students in Maths and Design & Technology on an individual and small group basis to make further progress and improve their understanding in this important core subject; identifying areas of their knowledge which need strengthening. In addition to tutoring, I deliver weekly online maths lessons and I am employed at St Swithuns School, Wi******er on a part-time basis. I’m happy to facilitate group sessions as well as individual support and currently do this through online systems which students find beneficial. I am happy to provide a long term service or a set number of sessions (for example, supporting with the lead up to exams). My availability is listed on this page, however if this does not suit your needs, please let me know and I can try to be flexible around my family commitments or let you know if your preference becomes available. Please do feel free to ask me any further questions. All certificates can be provided on request and an initial meeting is always offered prior to any sessions taking place.

Hello there. Learn Laugh Play are looking for another brilliant Maths teacher to join Lara in our secondary Maths team for a few hours a week (in the day time).
