After 3 years we have closed our door for the final time. It's sad that we didn't see the custom needed to allow us to continue but we are incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to put a dream into action, if only for a short time. We have met so many wonderful people on this adventure, from customers to workshop and baking class attendees, to suppliers and fellow small business owners.

Thank you so much to our loyal customers - you know who you are! We have loved seeing you all and getting to know those of you we hadn't met before and spending time with those of you who we did!

Thank you and massive shout-outs to: Lewis at South Downs Roastery for providing us with the most amazing coffee; to Adrian at Give it the Beans Ltd for renting us our coffee machine, servicing it and teaching us all things coffee; to New Forest Tea Company for their wonderful selection of teas; Dennis Edwards food service for being much more accommodating than Bookers!; Jacob for being an amazing accountant; Nick at Crows Electric for sorting out all our electrical moments!; Cassidy's Bar for hosting us for a baking workshop; [email protected] for all her support when setting up and for including us in Alton Flavour Fest; Alternative Packaging Solutions for meeting our printing needs; Simon & Norma at Cassandra's Cup for their fantastic support when we were first looking into the venture and for being so encouraging; Howdens for sorting out all things insurance and coordinating local small business networking events; Mark Pullen's gardening services for always sharing our publicity on Facebook; Alton Lions for including us in their events; Davtee Investments for being great landlords .............. and last, but by no means least, our amazing families and friends who have supported us in so many ways throughout this venture, without whom we couldn't have done it.

We will continue to support the small, independant businesses whenever we possibly can and encourage you all to do the same - step away from the beaten track and the highstreet chains because if you don't you'll lose the many, amazing independent businesses that can't exist without your support.

Watch this space for information on Kirsty's Cakes and Bakes as I will be continuing to make celebration cakes and homemade bakes from home going forward. I will hopefully be up and running from September.
