What an incredible achievement!

We are delighted to share that our recent concert helped to raise over ÂŁ750 for Congleton Food Bank!

We were so proud of our Alsager Highfields choir, and it was lovely to hear such wonderful feedback afterwards, with audience members describing the performance as “absolutely amazing” and saying it “brought tears to my eyes” and “made me emotional.”

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, donated and supported the event. We are incredibly proud to have played our part in such a special community event.

A small concert made a big difference!

Year 5 and Year 6 pupils recently took part in engaging online safety workshops delivered by local police officer Andrew Cornell. The sessions helped children develop a greater understanding of how to stay safe online, covering topics such as responsible use of social media, recognising potential risks, protecting personal information and knowing what to do if something online makes them feel uncomfortable. Pupils participated enthusiastically, asked thoughtful questions and gained valuable advice to help them navigate the digital world safely and confidently. We would like to thank PC Cornell for taking the time to visit our school and support our pupils with this important aspect of their personal safety.

PC Cornell said after his visit; " Your pupils engaged well and were very well behaved."

MTC – multiplying our success!
Now it is the turn of our fantastic Year 4 mathematicians as we celebrate their Multiplication Tables Check results!
Our Year 4 children achieved an average score of 23.9 out of 25, compared with the national average of 21.0. What an achievement!
Knowing multiplication facts confidently gives children such a strong foundation for future maths learning, and our Year 4s certainly showed what they can do.
A huge well done to our children for all that practice and perseverance, and thank you to our staff and families for supporting them along the way.
23.9 out of 25 – times tables smashed! Well done, Year 4! 💚✖️➗

We are proud to announce that we are now a MyHappymind Bronze Accredited School. This accreditation recognises schools that are embedding the myHappymind curriculum into school life and taking real action to improve the mentalhealth and wellbeing of the school community.
