I am thrilled to have a piece in the Royal Society of Marine Artists 2025 exhibition at the Mall Galleries. Something that has been an ambition of mine for a few years. So many stunning pieces in the show and the preview was marvelous.

I think my grandpa would be proud.

We lost our beautiful, sweet Millie a couple of days ago and are heartbroken.

With us for over 12 years, she was a rescue who didn't utter a sound for the first three years. Gradually her personality emerged and she came to chirp at the birds, and quack like a baby duck when demanding treats which was often. She loved her garden more than anything. She would lie out in the greenhouse on the hottest of days. Every morning she would wait at the kitchen door for me to go upstairs and tuck her in for her morning nap.

RIP Millie Moo.

I am absolutely delighted that this painting went off to its new home after being exhibited at my Beneath Shadowed Woods exhibition at The exhibition came down at the weekend and it was a lovely show with various events held over the past few weeks. Now, I am immersed in the work for my next exhibition which will be in February 2025 at in Alnwick.
