Emerald class: Roots and shoots 2026

Emerald class…let the water games begin!

Emerald class are having a great morning at Roots and Shoots; weeding our veg plot and harvesting our potatoes. We’re waiting for the potatoes to get cooked so we can eat them! 😋🥔

Some of Diamond Class took part in at Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden on Friday. They took part in a range of activities and had so much fun! Their behaviour was exemplary!!

Emerald class are off to Alnwick gardens for Roots and Shoots today. There is a chance of rain later on. Please send a waterproof coat with your child just in case.

Ruby Class thoroughly enjoyed their PE lesson this week. Cricket with Lucy is such good fun. It was lovely to see some super participation and some good sportsmanship developing. We may have some Cricketers of the future amongst us!

Early Years Families - save the date

Preparations are well under way for our stay and play session themed around a Teddy Bears’ Picnic.
We are thrilled to be welcoming the children from Mini Michaels Playgroup and our new families.

Emerald class have been making switches in Science. We are investigating how a switch can complete a circuit and let the electricity flow or break a circuit and stop the flow of electricity. We are the scientists of the future!
