Today I welcomed the team from Reheat Biomass Service and Maintenance in to PSN Training. The team successfully passed their STA Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF). The team were fantastic to train and the course was filled with lots of fun and engagement from everyone.

This week I had the pleasure of returning to the Hilton Garden Inn Stoke-on-Trent to deliver the STA Award in First Aid at Work (RQF). The team and I had a fantastic week with lots of fun during the course. I was even asked to take part in the 1% club quiz as part of their staff appreciation week. A huge thank you to the hotel team for their wonderful hospitality and a huge congratulations to the candidates for passing the course.

This week I returned the Village Hotel Club to deliver the RLSS Swimming Pool Emergency Rescue Award. A huge thank you the the Leisure Club team for a fantastic course filled with lots of fun and great energy!

A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes at PSN Training. I am delighted to announce that I am now offering 3 brand new onsite training courses. These courses are designed for people who are responsible for swimming pools, spas and interactive water features!!

After a little break I returned to the classroom this week to deliver the STA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) to teams from Northumberland County Council & Alnwick Dental Practice. A huge thank you the candidates for a fantastic 3 days filled with lots of fun and energy.

This week I had the privilege of returning to Leonardo Hotels in to deliver the STA Award in Pool Emergency Responder. It was fantastic to see the team again 2 years on from the last time they qualified.
