Come & join our all abilities family session.
Enjoy a tea or coffee around the fire 🔥 while the kids run free in a safe non judgement environment.
Meet like minded people, share experiences& build friendships.

why ? Because
Kids need more Bushcraft, less Minecraft.

A child lead session with lots of free play & learning without realising.
Dance vocalise, stim like no one is watching.

Learn basic bushcraft skills,
Fire 🔥
Cooking
Camp management,
Tool use..
Wood craft.
You make it, you take it away
Assault course
Mud kitchen
Tots toys
Mini tractors 🚜
Environmental science & much more.

Bring a picnic, or something to cook, we'll show you how to cook it over your own fire.

rainproof, windproof jacket,
Wear long trousers, no shorts. wear appropriate footwear.. bring a hair bobble, if you have long hair, especially if you intend to build a 🔥 fire.
We are based in a fantastic woodland on the Howick Hall estate.
You'll find the first of our three signs behind the admission kiosk at top of Howick Hall car park.
It's a 150m flat 5min walk.
Please park in Howick Hall car park, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Our summer activities sessions are now live in the events section.

It was a w**d wacking Wednesday for the Swansfield crew.
The group gave the southwest section of the sensory path a much needed tidy, removing those pesky overgrown w**ds & leaf debris.
After lunch the gang worked on their own projects

The beer traps are working 💪 👍 Our cabbages look on point.
Us 1 - Slugs, 0

Back on the allotment with the Swansfield crew.
We even left a surprise for the pesky slugs.
