Our Parent Cuppa, Cake & Chat sessions are booked right through until May next year, so whether you joined us for our first session or you came to our first session, we'd love to welcome you.

Expect a warm cuppa, some delicious home baking (please let us know of any allergies as some bakes may contain nuts), and a relaxed, informal space where you can chat, listen, or simply enjoy being around people who understand.
One of our friendly team will be waiting at the door to welcome you in, so you won't have to walk in alone. And there's no pressure to arrive right at the start - just pop in anytime between 5:30pm and 7:00pm if you're coming from work or have other commitments.

For parents, grandparents, carers and guardians of a child with autism, or who is on the pathway to assessment. No diagnosis is needed.
Children are welcome if childcare is a barrier, but remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times. We'll also have a small selection of toys available for them to enjoy.
