Last week pupils across Scotland sat their biology exam and that marks the end of tutoring for this academic year!

It is such a joy to receive so many positive messages from parents and pupils about their experience of tutoring with myself. It's great to know that so many went into their exam with more understanding and confidence. Can't wait to hear how they all get on on results day!

Thank you to all the wonderful pupils and parents I have had the pleasure of working with this academic year. It's been lovely to see their confidence grow and to support such hardworking and dedicated pupils, it really makes tutoring such a joy!

Some tips for those sitting the exam tomorrow:

🧠 Don't spend too much time revising tonight
😴 Get a good night's sleep
😋 Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast
🫁 If you get nervous, do some breathing exercises
📝 Read every question carefully and try and answer them all
💪 Have confidence in yourself, you got this!

If they haven't yet, most biology pupils are doing their prelims this month. It can be a nerve wracking time but it is also a time to get support if they're struggling!

Thank you to all my pupils for their hard work in the lead up to Christmas. It can feel overwhelming and tiring, but they all smashed their sessions in time for their December/January prelims 🧬
