Open to those living with Parkinson's, as well as their family and carers.

Can be accessed seated and options for standing.

Hey dance world! Long time, no post. How are we all?

I've been neglecting social media & living my best boy mum life. Throwing regular living room dance parties with this bundle of energy!

Anyway, we are looking to do more dancing, so I've decided to start some classes in Dunning (near Perth) pretty soon!

Baby movers (16months+)
Pre-school groovers (2.5yrs+)

Also hoping to start classes for children & teens, keep your eyes peeled!

Our dance/exercise class resumes Monday 11th August at 2pm in the Church hall, Hope street, This class is open to anyone who has Parkinson’s, their friends, family and carers.
Then have a chat and a cuppa

High energy in yesterdays Dance for Parkinson's class with Falkirk branch Parkinson's UK😃
We've started creating a routine which we are adding to each session! Seated and standing options available & great fun!

If you know anyone living with Parkinson's who would enjoy having a boogie and a catch up over a hot drink and home bakes send me a wee message!

Family and carers are welcome to come along as well, fun for everyone 🙂

The heat didn't stop us from dancing this week, especially since the hall is lovely and cool. The perfect break away from the lovely sunshine :D

Another fab Monday! We took a little break from being out in the gorgeous sunshine to get some movement and laughter in :D
