In October we will be running a series of workshops for parents/carers and professionals. The workshops will be held in Alfreton at the Genesis Centre on Fridays.

Workshop 1 is covering Sensory Processing Disorder with Guest Speaker Alison Hart, a Sensory Integration specialist OT.

Workshop 2 covers all aspects of Autism and a focus on understanding Pathological Demand Avoidance.

Workshop 3 will cover Behaviour; what the behaviour is telling us and practical strategies to support behaviours that challenge us.

All tickets will be sold through Eventbrite at £25 for parents and carers and £35 for professionals. Refreshments will be provided.

We will keep you posted when tickets go on sale. There are only 25 places on each course so book early to avoid disappointment.

We are able to book additional workshops so if enough people ask for a particular topic we will add that in. Let us know in the comments if there is something you would find helpful.

5 Firefighters from Ashfield Fire Station will be carrying out the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on Tuesday 18th June 2019.
