Fantastic Spring training seminar with Hanshi Réti István🥋

Our 5–7 year olds love kicking the big pads 🥋 Great effort and focus. Progress is visible and motivating💪

Learning karate at a young age supports building strength, balance, and coordination. These skills help both inside and outside the dojo.

No karate on tonight (Friday 9th January) ☹️

With the area still being covered in snow and ice I think it’s best everyone stays home and stays safe ❄️

Just a reminder that kids classes have finished now for the summer break and will resume again in August. I will send out an email to everyone with start dates during the summer holidays. Hope you all fave a great summer holiday 🥋👊👍
